Organic Pedagogy Puts emphasis on the process of teaching-learning through experiencing on the basis of past experiences. It aims to ensure literacy to the learners, accomplished through action, interaction, values, not only in people’s heads but also in activities or performances. The era of digitalization and AI promotes man-machine collaboration in the pedagogy to cater to the job market-oriented dimension of learning.
