In Memoriam: Mahmudul Islam Kanak

The Department of English, Green University of Bangladesh, is deeply saddened to share the untimely passing of one of our beloved students, Mahmudul Islam Kanak. In his memory, the Department of English, in collaboration with the Green University English Club (GUEC), organized a mourning meeting yesterday.

Kanak's family members, along with many of his friends, gathered to pay their respects and remember the young life that was lost too soon. During this emotional gathering, all attendees expressed their heartfelt condolences and shared memories of Kanak’s warmth, kindness, and the positive impact he had on those around him.

As we come to terms with this tragic loss, we offer our deepest sympathies to Kanak's family and loved ones. May his soul rest in peace, and may those who knew him find strength during this difficult time.

We will continue to honor Kanak’s memory in our hearts and prayers.
